INDIANA – The Military Family Relief Fund is helping military families with back-to-school expenses.
The Indiana Department of Veterans' Affairs announced on Monday, June 5 that Indiana veteran families experiencing financial hardships can apply for $500 per dependent child for back-to-school expenses.
The assistance is open for children (K-12) up to age 18 and full-time college students up to age 23 and living in the veteran’s home.
Applicants will need proof of income, proof of child’s residency, and proof of the child’s dependency.
