ANGOLA, IN – A Steuben County man Is facing child exploitation charges for alleged illegal computer use.
Micheal Leister, age 31 of Angola, was arrested following an investigation by Angola Police into his alleged illegal use of computers at his home and at his work place. He was formally charged with 15 counts of child exploitation during an initial hearing.
Steuben County court documents indicate the alleged crimes took place during August and September of 2021.
Bail was set at $10,000 with no ten percent authorized.
A pre-trial conference was scheduled for March 7.
