(LAGRANGE) - The LaGrange County Chamber of Commerce was recognized with multiple honors recently.
It happened during the Indiana Chamber Executives Association (ICEA) Annual Awards Luncheon, held June 5th at the Horizon Convention Center in Muncie, Indiana.
The Chamber was named a finalist for the prestigious “Chamber of the Year” award, celebrating exceptional impact, innovation, and leadership within the business community.
Ian Mullen, Director of Marketing & Operations, was also recognized as a finalist for the inaugural “Staff Professional of the Year” award. This honor highlights chamber professionals across the state who demonstrate leadership, creativity, and dedication to advancing their organization’s mission.
The Chamber was also presented with the Innovative Excellence Award for its successful launch of the LaGrange County Student Chamber, a unique initiative designed to serve as a “fast-pass” for high school juniors and seniors to access meaningful internship opportunities. The program equips students with leadership experience, real-world business exposure, and direct connections to local employers, helping build a stronger workforce pipeline for LaGrange County.
Adding to the celebration, Chamber Executive Director Sara Patrick was awarded the Certified Professional designation by ICEA, recognizing her commitment to professional excellence and leadership within the chamber industry.
