(WAKARUSA) – Authorities say a Goshen man is in critical condition following a high speed chase and crash.
The Wakarusa Police Department says just after 7 PM Thursday, an officers pulled over a Mercedes on County Road 40 near State Road 19 for moving violations.
The driver sped off, and rear ended a Chevy Equinox just east of County Road 9. The Mercedes then went off the road and rolled over several time before landing on its roof.
The driver of the Mercedes, a 35 year old Goshen man, was ejected from the vehicle. He was taken to an area hospital with life threatening injures.
The 70 year old woman who was driving the Equinox was not injured.
