(PLYMOUTH) – A Plymouth, Indiana man has been arrested on charges of child pornography.
The Indiana State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force says on December 5, they arrested 20 year old Andrew Hamilton, following an investigation that started in October from a tip received from the National Center For Missing And Exploited Children.
The investigation led to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office issuing a search warrant for a residence at 2403 Michigan Road Lot 27.
Following a search of the dwelling, Hamilton was arrested on felony charges of production of child pornography; dissemination of child pornography; possession of child pornography and sexual misconduct with a minor.
Hamilton is being held in the Marshall County Jail.
