LAGRANGE - Prairie Heights Middle School presents Disney's Monana Jr. this Friday and Saturday.
The musical will take place at the Prairie Heights School Corporation's Auditorium on Friday, February 23 at 7 p.m. and Saturday February 24 at 2 p.m. and 7 pm.
The Panther thespians' performance will include 110 cast members with several elementary chorus members, and a few special staff members, PHMS teacher Dustin Lucas as Maui and PHES teacher Liz Crites as Gramma Tala.
The musical is based on the 2016 Disney film Moana.
Moana Jr. will take audiences to the island of Moltunui and follow Moana (Adriana Cruz-Ayala) and her friends, Pua (Kaysie Biers) and Hei Hei (Obadiah Leland), as they try to rescue the heart of Te Feti (Claire Greathouse) to restore their island.
The show is under the direction of Chris Ellert.
