As of 12 PM Wednesday, January 25th, 2023, the Steuben County Commissioners have authorized the change of the Steuben County Travel Status to an “Advisory Level” or “YELLOW,” due to rapidly accumulating snow, slick and hazardous road conditions, current and predicted winter weather conditions, and blowing and drifting snow.

“YELLOW TRAVEL ADVISORY”
A “Yellow” or “Advisory Level” is the lowest level of local travel advisory, means that routine travel or activities may be restricted in areas because of a hazardous situation, and individuals should use caution or avoid those areas.

This Travel Advisory will remain in effect and will be re-evaluated at a later time.
