BRANCH COUNTY, MI – A woman was injured Sunday afternoon in a rollover crash in Branch County’s Butler Township.

The crash happened at about 12:50 p.m. The Branch County Sheriff’s Department says
Donna Michalski, age 76 of Coldwater, lost control of her vehicle on Jonesville Road at Clarendon Road. Her vehicle went off the road and into a ditch where it flipped end over end.

Authorities say she was alone in the vehicle at time of accident and using safety restraints, which along with airbag deployments minimized her injuries.

She was entrapped in the vehicle and had to be freed by emergency responders.

Quincy Fire Rescue, Life Care Ambulance, and Michigan assisted the Branch County Sheriff’s Department at the scene.
