DOWAGIAC – Four people have been arrested on drug related charges in Dowagiac.
The Cass County Drug Enforcement team executed a search warrant at a house in the 500 block of North Front Street on Wednesday. Detectives detained five individuals while they searched the premises, and located a large amount of methamphetamine, meth paraphernalia and stolen property.
Officers arrested a 31 year old man, a 23 year old man, a 21 year old woman and a 32 year old woman. They are all charged with possession of methamphetamine. They are being held in the Cass County Jail, pending their arraignment in Cass County District Court.
Assisting with the search were the Dowagiac Police Department, the Cass County Sheriff's Office and the Cass County Felony Detectives. The matter is still being investigated.
