Branch County Sheriff's Office Welcomes Two New Deputies

(COLDWATER) - The Branch County Sheriff's Office is adding two new deputies to its patrol ranks. Officials say Hunter Munson and Matthew Greene recently graduated from the Kellogg Community College Police Academy after completing training that began in July. Munson is a lifelong Coldwater resident, a Coldwater High School graduate, and previously worked in the Sheriff's Office Corrections Division. Greene grew up in Burr Oak and worked in agriculture before pursuing a career in law enforcement. Both deputies will now begin a 17-week field training program and have been assigned to the Road Patrol Division. Sheriff's officials congratulated the new deputies and welcomed them to the department.
