(COLDWATER) - A vehicle pursuit through Coldwater Tuesday night ended with a felony arrest.
The Branch County Sheriff's Office says deputies attempted to stop a vehicle around 9:40 p.m. near Union City Road and State Street for a traffic violation.
The driver refused to stop, leading deputies on a pursuit through the city before it ended near the Virginia Manor Apartments.
Authorities say a 34-year-old Coldwater man was taken into custody without further incident.
During the investigation, deputies found the suspect in possession of methamphetamine.
He was lodged in the Branch County Jail on multiple felony charges.
Coldwater Police and Branch County Central Dispatch assisted in the incident.
