Coldwater splits baseball DH with Pennfield
(PENNFIELD TOWNSHIP) – Coldwater split an Interstate 8 baseball doubleheader with host B.C. Pennfield, losing game one 6-5 in 10 innings and then winning 5-0. Owen Tappenden was the winning pitcher in game two for the Cardinals, striking out seven and giving up 2 hits. Dayton Ennis had 2 singles and Royale Fleming had an RBI double. Coldwater is 4-8 on the season and 2-2 in the Interstate 8
