(COLDWATER) - A pavement project is set to start Monday on the east side of Coldwater.
The Michigan Department of Transportation along with State Contractor C&D Hughes Inc. will be doing a pavement repair project on U.S. 12 at the I-69 interchange from Michigan Avenue to Willowbrook Road.
MDOT's Nick Schirripa reminds motorists to be prepared for single-lane closures and traffic delays during the work area until early October. He says these improvements will provide drivers with a safer, smoother ride and extend the life of the road.
The cost of the project is $291,000.
