(DEKALB COUNTY) - Two new deputies are returning to DeKalb County after completing training at the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy.
The DeKalb County Sheriff's Office says Jacob Nugent and Seth Draper have graduated from the academy's program.
Both deputies will now move into the next phase of training, working alongside experienced officers in the field.
The sheriff's office says the two will continue learning and preparing before eventually serving independently in the community.
