Northern Lakes Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in partnership with Heart to Heart Hospice will be hosting a Dementia Caregiver Support Group on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. The meetings will be held at Northern Lakes (516 Williams Street in Angola) starting at 4pm. This group will offer education, encouragement and connection with others who understand the caregiving journey.
