It was a solid day of wrestling for Garret High School as the Railroaders captured their 2nd straight NECC Tournament Chapitonship on Saturday.

All 14 places highlighted by 6 champions from Garrett.

Prairie Heights came in second place and had Sam Levitz on top of the podium in the 145 weight class.

Fremont came in third. The Eagle Wrestling Team had Jacob Behm at 195 pounds as a NECC champion.

Behind 4th place Central Noble snd 5th place Churubusco was Angola in 6th place. The Angola High school Wrestling team had 3 champions at the NECC league tournament this weekend. Placing first were Isaiah McCue at 113, Coy Brames at 220 and Brandon Villafuerte at 285.

Saturday's results for Lakeland include Ben Miller finished 1st at 138, Keegan Schlabach finished 3rd at 126, Gabe Miller finished 3rd at 113, Jayden Marshall finished 5th at 132, Brady Schiffli finished 5th at 145.
