The Michiana Event Center (“The MEC”) was built for big and has brought some huge events to the small town Shipshewana, IN. Recent events have included PBR bull riding and concerts as big as Willie Nelson. This summer they will be debuting an ambitious new show which will run the entire month of August. The show is called Shipshewana’s Majestic Frontier and features some of the top names in western entertainment and some of the wildest acts imaginable!
Shows are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:00 pm, with 2:00 pm matinees, and 7:00 pm shows on Saturdays. The audience is invited to arrive 30 minutes early for the all-kid, all-star pre-show. The children of the cast will be performing their aerial acts, horse acts, and bull whip and lariat skills. This interactive experience features something for everyone.
The show will also feature a themed dinner experience. Prior to the show, guests are invited to dine on an all you can eat chuck wagon style buffet dinner, while enjoying cowboy songs, poems, and stories in front of the campfire.
Tickets are on sale now and may be purchased at MichianaEvents.com or by calling 260-768-4990.
