Angola Housing Plan Clears Next Stage

The primary plat for Eastland Crossing Subdivision was approved with conditions Monday by the Angola Plan Commission. The conditions would include obtaining variances which may be needed from the Board of Zoning Appeals. The variances would be for corner lots needing setbacks and variances for block lengths, which are development standard requirements within the zoning districts.

The project will include single-family housing, duplexes and villas across approximately 85 lots. The conditions will be enforced as the project won’t receive secondary approval from the commission or Planning Director Vivian Likes until they are met.
