(ELKHART) – A shooting in a Northern Indiana city has left one person dead and another injured.
The Elkhart Police Department was called to a house in the 300 block of West Cleveland Avenue at 10:50 PM Saturday. When officers arrived, they found two men who had been shot.
One of the men was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other was transported to an area hospital to be treated for non life threatening injuries.
The Elkhart County Homicide Unit is handling the investigation. If anyone has information about this incident they are asked to call 574-295-2825.
