Stolen Jeep Being Investigated By Sheriff's Department

WHITE PIGEON TOWNSHIP – The St. Joseph County Sheriff's Department is investigating the theft of a vehicle from over the weekend.

Sheriff Mark Lillywhite says his deputies were called to Crooked Creek Road at 3:45 AM Saturday to investigated a stolen automobile. The suspect or suspects forced their way into a barn and stole a 1989 Jeep Wrangler.

The vehicle is red with black fender flares, a black bikini top, a 4 inch lift kit, 33 inch tires and no back seat.
