FORT WAYNE - Angola's Downtown Services Coordinator Maria B. Davis was honored on Saturday with the Outstanding Arts Advocate Award for the Northeast Indiana Region.
The award is given annually by Arts United of Fort Wayne. Angola Mayor Richard Hickman was present for the awards ceremony, along with other community leaders from the City of Angola City and Steuben County.
The award for Outstanding Arts Advocate recognizes an individual, business or organization that has made a significant contribution to the promotion or development of one or more arts and cultural organizations in Northeast Indiana.
