A chance for some winter weather in the likes of snow returns to the forecast for Thursday, and better chances for snow to accumulate are in the forecast for Friday night.
According to the National Weather Service, isolated snow showers are possible throughout the day and this evening before conditions become more favorable for heavier snow throughout the day on Friday accompanied with freezing rain. Some areas could see anywhere from two to four inches of snow, as temperatures will remain in the high 20 degree range.
The chance for snow will remain in the forecast for the duration of the weekend, but warmer temperatures will be seen on Saturday with highs in the upper 30s and chances of snow tapering off by daytime hours on Sunday.
