The Angola Plan Commission gathered for their first meeting of the year where they took care of some housekeeping and discussed the upcoming year on Monday evening.

The Angola Plan Commission re-elected it’s officers for 2020. Jeff Martin will serve as President, Craig Williams will serve as VP and Vivian Likes will continue as Secretary. Commission discussed safety protocol for the new year and discussed the comprehensive plan which will include a strategic housing plan and a new look at tax abatements. Vivian Likes talked about the continued effort that will be made to make lives better for employees of local business.

Plan Commission will review the comprehensive plan in their upcoming February meeting.

The Plan Commission February meeting will take place at Angola City Hall in the Council Chambers at 5 P.M. on Monday, February 10 2020.
