Cameron Memorial Community Hospital is proud to partner with the Steuben County YMCA to offer a Safe Sitter course for students grades 6-8, taking place this Saturday, December 7th at Cameron in Conference Room #1.
The instructor-led class is filled with fun games and role-playing exercises designed to prepare students to be safe when they're home alone watching younger siblings, or babysitting. Students even get to use manikins to practice rescue skills like choking rescue and CPR.
The class fee is $50 for YMCA members and $60 for nonmembers, and students should bring a sack lunch. Pre-Registration ends on Wednesday, December 4th. To register call (260) 667-5303 or go here: https://cameronmch.com/events/safe-sitter-class/
