The Angola Plan Commission approved a request from Gordon and Michelle Wall to subdivide primary and secondary plats located at 325 Beverly Court in Angola. One parcel will be subdivided with an existing storage building into two platted lots.

The Commission also approved the development plans for a new bank and drive-up canopy from Midwest American Federal Credit Union at 1409 N Wayne St. To close, the commission addressed two separate cases for a primary plat and development plan from Kris Krstovski of K2 Retail Angola LLC for commercial and retail development of a T.J. Maxx located at 135 and 155 E Wendell Jacob Drive on the corner of North Wayne St. After deliberation about access points to the parking lots from the proposed streets for the development plans and contingencies for the primary plat, the petitioner will return to Plan Commission in September to clear up concerns from the Commission members.

The next Angola Plan Commission meeting will take place on Monday, September 9th at 5 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers.
