Season Ends for Northeast Indiana Area Golfers

The season came to an end for some NE Indiana area golf teams and individuals at the Regional meet hosted by Warsaw at Stonehenge Golf Club. In the team portion of the Regional, Penn (297), Culver Academies (304) and F.W. Bishop Dwenger (305) finished first, second and third respectively and advance to the State Finals. Concord finished sixth (323); host Warsaw was seventh (324); NorthWood was ninth (325); DeKalb 14th (350); Angola 15th (352) and Fairfield 17th (360). Ian Smith was low man for Angola with an 82. James Thatcher shot 88. In the Individual portion of the Regional, Westview's Carter Giggy shot 79 while teammate Brian Titus had a round of 100. Coye Blodgett of Prairie Heights shot 89 while Cole Thomas of Fremont had a round of 90 and Garrett's Levi Follett shot 78.
