In several northeastern Indiana towns and cities, Wells Fargo Bank customers became Flagstar Bank customers on Monday.
Michgan-based Flagstar acquired the Wells Fargo locations and about 51-thousand customers and re-launched them as Flagstar locations.
The bank experienced some problems with its website in handling those new customers. It issued apologies on Twitter and said the site would be back online as soon as possible.
WANE-TV reported long lines of customers at several Fort Wayne locations on Monday.
Long lines seemed to be the case in smaller cities like Angola, Auburn, and LaGrange.
