Train Strikes Semi Trailer Wednesday

A train struck a semi's trailer at a Butler railroad crossing Wednesday morning.
According to the Indiana State Police a train clipped the trailer of a semi near the 600 block of East Main Street in Butler. It happened just after 8:30 a.m. Wednesday
Reports indicate that the semi was an over-sized load headed west on Main Street. As the load crossed the tracks, an oncoming train clipped the back of the semi's trailer.
The train had a haul link that was 2 miles long, weighing 10,700 tons.
The train was headed from Chicago to Windsor, Canada.
No injuries were reported in the incident.
