An Angola woman who shot a man multiple times in his groin last October has made a guilty plea in a Steuben County courtroom.
Legal Advisors for Heather Garr filed a guilty plea last week for attempted manslaughter, which is a level 2 felony.
Court documents and reports from authorities indicate that Garr shot a man with a .45 caliber handgun back in in October of 2017. The shooting resulted in the man being hospitalized for a short time.
Garr is scheduled for sentencing on August 20th where Steuben County Judge Allen Wheat will either accept or deny the plea.
