A former instructor at the Impact Institute has been charged with sexual battery in an institute that allegedly occurred after school back in January, according to The News Sun.
Jose L. Gallo, age 38 of Albion, was arrested on Monday morning by Noble County police on a warrant charging the Level 6 felony. Gallo was then held on $2,500 bond for the incident that was reported on Feburary 5th.
He is accused of grabbing a former student, preventing her from leaving the area they were in along together and kissing her neck and touching her buttocks.
Further details of the incident have not been released, including when a trial date could potentially be set.
