A crash on I-69 in DeKalb County occurred yesterday in the area of the 337 mile marker, when a semi stopped in traffic for a line of cars that also came to a stop. Eugena Watson, age 38 of Hudson, Indiana was driving her Nissan Titan and was following behind the semi, as she then crashed into the back of the trailer.
Watson was trapped in her vehicle, but was extracted by fire personnel safely. Once she was free she was flown to Parkview Regional Medical Center and reported in fair condition.
The driver of the semi, James McLintock, age 48 of Manistee, Michigan has been reported with no injuries.
