Spring in Indiana Equates to Rising Flowers and Rising Gas Prices
Thursday, March 21, 2019

As spring has officially come to Indiana, gas prices along with the flowers appear to be on the rise. At the beginning of March, the average price for gas in Indiana was $2.33/gallon and since that point has risen to $2.63/gallon, a $0.30 increase in average in only a three week span.

Reports from GasBuddy.com say that the price tends to fluctuate higher in warm weather as the desire to travel increases by motorists across the country which ultimately increases demand against the current supply.
