Attorney General Hill Disputing Expenses From Disciplinary Action

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill is disputing tens of thousands of dollars in expenses that a state commission wants him to pay stemming from his disciplinary case which made allegations that he groped a state lawmaker and three other women during a party.

Back in September, the state's attorney disciplinary commission asked the Indiana Supreme Court to order Hill to pay about $57,000 in fees. The case resulted in the state Supreme Court ordering a 30-day suspension of his law license.

Attorney General Hill's lawyer filed a response, asking that he pay a lesser total in an amount around $17,400.
