The Indiana State Department of Health will have officials on campus at Leo Jr./Sr. High School today to conduct tests and review school policies and procedures related to air quality.

Parents were notified by letter that the testing that was deemed "routine" by East Allen County Schools administrators, would be taking place and to inform them that the results would be made public.

School officials are aware of the concerns regarding the quality of the air inside the building, citing that the health and well being of students and staff is a top priority.

Testing will measure contaminant levels and experts will examine policies regarding HVAC maintenance, bus idling and related areas.
