The National Weather Service Sunday night issued a Winter Weather Advisory until 5 a.m. Monday morning for Steuben and LaGrange Counties. Forecasters say this is due in part to the potential for freezing drizle and possible slick road conditions that could occur until daybreak Monday morning.
The low pressure area that brought the rain has moved out of the area; however, widespread river flooding and flooding of some low lands will continue.
Little if any precipitation is expected through the middle of this week. Highs will be much above normal in the 40's and 50's Monday through Wednesday.
Be careful as you head out Monday morning in the tri-state as there could be a chance of snow showers conditions with low visibility. Fog is also possible.
