Smoking Law Change In Ohio Raises Minimum Age To Buy

A new law in Ohio plans on taking the minimum age to buy tobacco products from age 18, up to age 21.

Ohio happens to be one of 18 states that have raised the minimum age for purchasing cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes and other tobacco products.

The law signed back in July by Ohio Governor, Mike DeWine also applies to rolling papers, filters as well as other smoking and vaping accessories.
